Memphis in May festival, which collects four smaller festivals together in one month. These four include The Beale Street Music Festival, International Week, The World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, and Sunset Symphony.
Memphis supports an NBA team, the Grizzlies, as well as hockey, football, and baseball. And, Jerry Lawler, the wrestler, hails from here. So, it’s not all Elvis and Sun Studios even though they get a lot of press. Enjoy the parks and the food, too. This city will give you plenty to do.
