Good products, poor community relations. I will not shop at any Hollywood Pet Star because they pulled their sponsership of the St. Jude Showcase of Dogs at the last minute. Pet Star still received their advertising and sponsership recognition, but the shows were hurt by the loss of vendors.

DO NOT SHOP @ HOLLYWOOD FEED I am going to help my neighborhood by trapping, neutering & releasing the stray & feral cats. I bought a NEW trap @ Hollywood Feed. I found one $30 cheaper @ Harbor Freight, so I returned the NEW trap only to find out there is a rental fee of $5/day (rental on a new trap????) and when the manager started looking, the box had been open and the trap was USED! It was bent & used! They still charged me the rental fee, however the manager did only charge me half of it. I suggest you DO NOT SHOP at HOLLYWOOD FEED if they run their business this way. They sold me a USED trap and wouldn't refund my money, nor did they tell me about the "rental fee".
