What to expect: You can expect an exceptional dental experience from Dr. Robert Higginbotham, D.D., of Memphis, Tennessee, and his dental team in Memphis. What you should not expect from him: He knows how to smile, even when suffering from toothache or even during dental surgery.
This allows you to work with him to improve and maintain a healthy smile, and he offers payment plans to patients so they can start their treatment immediately.
If you need treatment, his financial coordinator will prepare a cost estimate for the treatment and help you understand your insurance and payment options so you can get started. He will work with you immediately in any dental emergency and will get you out of the pain. If you need treatment, he will also go through your medical history and how you forgot to do it so he can get you going again.
You will be taken to the dentist's room where you will meet the staff and the dentist who will take care of you. You will be assigned a hygienist or assistant and the dentist will then perform all the treatments you need. If you need treatment, you must get in immediately, then he will talk to you and your dentist about any treatment you might need.
If you do not have an appointment or a dental emergency, you can work from home or get pain relief at your local clinic.
We know that dental care is important to you and we are proud to be part of the Higginbotham Family Dental family when you become a patient. Dr. Todd Higginbotham, a native of northeastern Arkansas, brings 16 years of experience as a dentist to patients in Memphis and couldn't be more excited to treat you. As a staff member, he is trained to ensure that every patient receives the best dental care.
I understand that Angie's List cannot publish reviews in paragraphs, so please submit your review in paragraph form. I have, of course, had a terrible experience with this dentist and am trying to make an assessment that is completely truthful. I visited Dr. Cohen's office for my teeth and, if the crown replacement had been routine, I would not have had another dentist to contact regarding the tooth in question.
In addition, many reviewers leave several contributions, and a report may even come from a dental practice employee. Please post a comment under each post by Dr. Cohen, as well as a link to Angie's List Post.
Dr. Marc Cohen, a dentist in Memphis, displays patient reviews on his website and apparently only publishes positive reviews. One reviewer left 7 positive reviews, and another reviewer left 2 positive reviews the same day. Because of the financial arrangements with Dr. Cohen and RateABiz, it is obvious that he has the ability to block negative reviews, as I have done. I checked a report from an employee of a dental practice in Nashville, Tennessee. And he only published the review I liked.

It is unacceptable that you should try to take my assets hostage, so to speak, until I am released. It is strange that you ask me for this release when you are so sure that I am in any way responsible. Although you admitted negligence on the first day of the accident, you have expressly denied any liability.
In recognition of the fact that I have a credit in Dr. Cohen's account, I request a full refund of that credit. If you do not do that and do not feel responsible for this very important and costly procedure, why are you reimbursing me for it? I replied that the funds would be sent to you immediately after release to fully settle any claims for damages arising from the treatment or lack of such treatment.
I understand that dental insurance is not a problem for you, but it is important that you start treatment immediately. If you don't have joint insurance outside the network in Memphis, please offer to make dental care affordable so I can start it right away. This is common for insurance companies outside of Memphis to be in a network and treatment is not always affordable, so it is important for me to start this treatment right away!
I went to Dr Cohen for a routine crown replacement treatment after I had my crown chipped off and expected it to be an unnecessary root canal. I also had two visits to an endodontist and had a 10-month treatment (dental implant) that could have taken me over 10 months and I could be in pain for the rest of my life. In addition, I had a "routine" crown operation, which was good for me.
